Delivery in both directions is borne by the customer.

Please do not send a parcel to us before we have confirmed that we can make an exchange.

* HubiKa Ltd. does not undertake to replace products that cannot be replaced due to lack of availability of the desired products!

When we receive the shipment, we will send the new products you want. Please include a note with your shipment that says “FOR REPLACEMENT”.

Please pack the parcel with its original packaging to protect it from contamination or damage during delivery to us.

We only exchange or accept for return products that meet the following requirements:

* Product not used

* The product is not damaged and has no defects

* The product is returned in the original packaging, with all labels, in the manner in which it was received.

* The product is NOT a CONSUMABLE, according to our Terms and Conditions.

All shipments are tested prior to return or exchange. Once we are satisfied that the item meets the above conditions, you will be refunded within 30 days (as per law). If the conditions described are not met, the return request will not be considered.
